This homeowner wanted to enlarge their kitchen and quickly decided to utilize the adjoining dining room that was almost never used. The breakfast bar overlooked a family room that had a dining area in it so the other space was no longer needed.  The solution was to remove the dining room wall and enlarge the kitchen to include that area.  We built pantry closets at the end of the kitchen, installed a smaller window and included island cabinets and granite counter.  New appliances and a ceramic tile plank floor finish the project off.
