The original shed was well beyond it's expected life time. The floor was no longer anywhere near flat and the walls and roof had started leaning to one side. The whole structure folded down when the two end walls were removed. Drumm Design Remodel began designing a a new and improved shed. New concrete footings were poured to support the new floor structure to keep it off of the ground. Standard framing, roofing and siding allowed for a quick timeline. Radiant insulation was installed on the underside of the rafters to control heat gain from the roof. Plywood was installed on the ceiling joists to allow for added storage. The plywood floor in the main shed area was coated to protect it from moisture. A roll up garage door was installed for ease of access. During this project a cedar fence was also installed around the back of the property to give the kids a safe place to play.
