Loughridge Laundry Room - Telford, PA

Sometimes a home might have an under utilized area that when repurposed just makes sense. This home had an area at the end of the kitchen that had the washer and dryer in a closet and a very small area to be used for a table to eat. The home owners never used that area with their full size dining table just on the other side of the kitchen. Drumm Design Remodel designed a very useful space for them that turned the area into a laundry room, complete with laundry sink and hang rack for drip drying. This area also allowed for a good amount of additional storage space. A small awning window was installed to let plenty of natural light into the room. Finally a pocket door was installed to close off the room when entertaining guests.
