This structural repair in Colmar, PA involved an addition where the roof was not properly supported and had started to sag. We then, expertly, repaired a significant amount of wood rot damage and poured a new footing in the crawlspace for the floor. We then finished up by adding a new exterior vapor barrier and resided the addition.
