For Drumm Design Remodel this kitchen remodel in Blue Bell, PA started by removing a section of wall to open the kitchen up into the living room. Part of our design and planning was to create even more space by removing the soffits above most of the cabinets, this gives a much more open and airy feel. Gorgeous, new cabinets were installed including an island with trim to make it look more like a furniture piece. We added under cabinet lighting highlight the spectacular granite countertops and tile backsplash. One of the nicer, yet subtle features of this kitchen was that all of the outlets and switches were installed on the underside of the cabinets to create a very clean look for the backsplash. New hardwood flooring was installed in not only the kitchen but a few other rooms including the office, laundry and powder room. The project also included new fixtures in the powder room and new baseboard throughout the rooms.
