Bunch Garage - Lansdale, PA

At Drumm Design Remodel we're very proud of our history of being able to find solutions to a variety of construction challenges.  This three car garage was definitely one of those victories.  The house on this property was the manor house of a large farm; it now sits in the middle of a newer development.  However the front of the house now faces the back of someone else's house leaving the back of the house facing the road and becoming the front by zoning laws.  The challenge was to get the township to except a garage in the front yard as an exception to local zoning laws.  There was no other part of the property that was large enough to accommodate this garage.  We provided an introduction to a zoning lawyer who took it before the zoning board for approval. The manor house is a 3 story, double Gambrell roof construction. We designed the new garage with a Gambrell roof facing the road to carry on the look of the home.  It has provided the space that this customer needed and with the added landscaping it has become a perfect complement to the very unique home.
